My account page is customer’s dashboard. On sign up customers can used:
- Track order
- Order details
- Check wishlist items
- Wallet info
- Edit address
- Change password
No charges for registering to the My Account service.
We are sent original product without any damage. In case, any defective or damage product is delivered, then we will allowed returns. Returns are allowed in bakery products. However, in case if a wrong product has been delivered, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at [email protected] or call us at +91-8085854229 (10:00 AM-08:00 PM, Monday-Sunday).
If your order somehow not delivered due to extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush days, traffic in city, then the money will refund into your bank account or wallet. The refunds are only proceeded after when the customer confirms over mail or call that where the refund has to be done – Wallet or bank account.
Generally, refund takes 5-7 business days.
For cakes, you can request a cancellation within 30 minutes from the order placed. But If you cancel the order after 30 minutes, no cancellation will be accepted.
For Gifts, you can request a cancellation within 24 hrs from the order placed.
Note: If your payment option is COD and you will not recieve order or calls by delivery boy, then you might be blocked.
If the cancellation request comes after 24 hours from the order placed, 5% of the order value is charged as cancellation charges. 95% refund back to Bank Account.
