Rice paper use to decorate the cake on the top layer of the cake. Rice paper was soaked in water, then moulded into various shapes and dried. A super cool, easy and inexpensive way to decorate any layer cake.

How to use rice paper on cakes?

Banh Trang Rice paper is dried while buying. It is brittle and fragile in the packet. Before using it you have rehydrated it to make it supple. After rehydrating, you can change the shape (silicone mat) you want. You can also paint on some edible glitter or pearl to decorate rice paper.
